“Selma didn’t call 988 in a crisis — she called to learn how to help her daughter through one.”

For Suicide Prevention Week, we created a new Scenario Booklet that shares five stories about reaching out for help — before, during, or after a mental health or suicidal crisis.
- What led them to call?
- What happened when someone picked up?
- And how did they move forward?

The booklet also includes free, confidential resources to support you — or someone you care about.

Start here. These stories could help guide the next step.
Download the booklet at the link in bio.
